For your comfort and convenience, we offer online scheduling directly through our website. The online calendar syncs with our office software to show you our available appointments, updated every 10 minutes. Reserve an appointment online at your convenience, day or night! Or you can reach us by phone at 615-824-4246 to speak with one of our team members.
For urgent needs after office hours, please call our office and you will have the option to reach Dr. Stamper directly.
Our office is open Monday through Friday (and some Saturdays) with staff available to answer any questions, schedule appointments, or assist with eyeglass adjustments, repairs or orders.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that circumstances may arise that can prevent you from arriving for an appointment. In order to better assist other patients on our wait list, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellations at least two (2) hours before your scheduled appointment. Any missed appointments without proper prior notification will be subject to a $25 no-show/cancellation fee.

INSURANCE
WE ACCEPT BOTH MEDICAL AND VISION PLANS
We are happy to file an insurance claim for you if we are an in-network provider with your insurance company. Even if you do not have routine vision benefits, there are times when your major medical insurance will accept charges for a portion of your visit. Your medical insurance will also usually accept claims for medical eye exams, such as for an injury or infection.
If your insurance is not listed below, please call our office to inquire if we are listed in your network. If we are not in your network, you may still submit your itemized receipt to your insurance company and request reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits. We will be happy to assist you with your reimbursement in any way we can.
